Your 12-week investment is confirmed following an in-depth diagnostic review, where your symptoms, history, and overall needs are fully assessed. Your investment reflects the level of support and number of sessions required to effectively address your symptoms. We recommend one of four symptom-specific recovery pathways, alongside one of three complexity tiers — defining the number of sessions required (typically 12–25). This is guided entirely by our clinical assessment of your symptoms and needs, never upselling. The level of support required is informed by factors such as symptom duration, co-existing conditions, overall health, mobility, and medication use. Full payment is required prior to onboarding.

Foundational Chronicity. Ideal for clients presenting with one chronic condition, in good physical health, without co-existing chronic illness or mood disorders, and taking no more than one medication. This plan delivers targeted intervention to activate neuroplasticity, accelerate recovery, and prevent symptom progression — restoring relief, control, energy, and daily function.

- for individuals with two chronic conditions in the progressive phase (3 months–2 years)
Progressive Chronicity. Ideal for clients presenting with a primary and secondary chronic condition, e.g. back pain with anxiety or depression, and taking medication for both. Symptoms are beginning to impact movement, energy, confidence, and overall health. This plan focuses on reconnecting core systems, activating neuroplasticity, and preventing symptom progression or further complications.
