Step 1. ChronoMap → Understanding Symptoms Over Time
We want to understand the complete story — how your symptoms developed and how they present today. Once you book, you complete a comprehensive screening questionnaire and upload any scans or test results to our secure client portal, which we analyse in advance. Your 75-minute virtual consultation integrates that analysis with a full review of your condition, history, challenges, goals, recovery readiness and eligibility to begin.
We identify the patterns and systems driving your symptoms, within the context of your health, life and care to date, which helps us determine the most compatible Chronos pathway for you. If appropriate, and you choose to proceed, we schedule onboarding within 7–14 days. If Chronos isn't the right fit, we'll tell you, and where possible, point you toward what is.
What you’ll leave with: clarity on your symptoms, a specialist perspective, and a clear path forward — with Chronos or elsewhere.


Step 2. ChronoSync → Onboarding, Planning, Therapy
Once investment is confirmed, onboarding is scheduled within 7–14 days — during which your recovery roadmap is already being built. Your welcome pack includes an FDA-approved continuous glucose monitor to track blood glucose and key biomarkers throughout. Your kick-off session establishes your schedule, structure and progress tracking around your pathway and symptoms.
Your 12-week plan delivers a focused, synchronised process across three core pillars: BioEnergy (metabolism, nutrition and inflammation), NeuroDynamics (neuroplastic pain, stress and psychology), and BioSomatics (movement, autonomic regulation and lifestyle). These don't run in sequence, they run together, because that's how recovery actually works. Sessions combine therapy, coaching and practical implementation, with personalised protocols between sessions — paced to your capacity, pushing when you can handle it, adjusting when needed. Recovery requires change across multiple systems, every session, every week. Your active participation isn't a preference — it's a prerequisite.


Step 3. ChronoCare → Sustaining the recovery
Completing a 12-week plan or another specialist pathway is a milestone, but recovery isn't static. Symptoms and setbacks can re-emerge during stress, illness, or life transitions — and whether they stay temporary flare-ups or escalate into regression or relapse usually depends on how quickly intervention happens.
ChronoCare provides a structured optional framework that protects your progress, maintains momentum and supports your long-term success with aftercare appointments. Structured follow-up allows us to monitor stability, adapt protocols as your life evolves, and address flare-ups early. Support may include maintenance check-ins, relapse prevention protocols, continued clinical guidance, advocacy and on-demand support. ChronoCare is optional, flexible, and paid separately. Most clients initially choose 6–12 months of continued engagement, and then annual
check-ups to consolidate recovery and build long-term resilience.
